Routine Request Examples

Area too Hot/cold, lights out, dripping sink or restrooms stopped up, things to be hung on walls, door or lock problems, things to be moved, pest control etc.

Emergency Maintenance Examples

Broken or leaking pipes, leaking roof, plumbing problems, utility interruptions (electrical, gas, steam, water), elevator malfunctions, broken windows, unsafe areas, sight or smell of smoke, fire and other hazards.

To Request Services

Call Support Services at 216 -3150 for all routine requests during normal work hours, from 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.

After hours, weekends and holidays, call
USC Police Department at 777-4215 or 9-911 for emergencies or
VA Police Department 9-776-4000 then 1 then ext. #6804.
They will contact the appropriate personnel to respond.
